Story
I will be running the Tough Guy race in July, this is a 6 mile cross country run followed by 2 miles of a hellish obstacle course. I am likley to have no nails left at the end of it, shit in my hair and cut legs!! Anyone who knows me well will know that this is hell for me!!!
